Favourite sketch of 2017

Image result for happy christmas

Well Christmas is almost upon us and it is time for our last challenge of 2017. Before I go on I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support during 2017 and we look forward to seeing even more of your wonderful creations in 2018.
I'm sure you will join me in thanking our wonderful Design Team for their inspiration and support during the last year too.

This challenge we are sponsored by

Everything that you ever wanted to know about Bugaboo Stamps:  As if raising 5 children in the frozen land of the North was not enough of a challenge, Jodie Mackrell decided to dip her cold little Canadian toes into the work of papercrafting by opening an online store full of her illustrations. Bugaboo Stamps has become one of the leading companies in digital images. From seiously snarky to sugar sweet to sublimely soulful all the way over to the other side of the super sexy spectrum, you're bound to find all that you need and more to create your paper projects.  Jodie works very hard to provide New Releases and Freebies every week!!  If your taste runs to rubber (and you know who you are), you can find Bugaboo Stamps at Totally Stampilicious.  And finally, join the Bugaboo Stamps DT for the weekly Challenges at Catch the Bug.

Sketch #125 with A Day For Daisies

Hello  Sweet Sketch Wednesday friends!!!

It's Kathie here, from Auckland New Zealand, back again as your hostess this week.  We're in the middle of Spring here in New Zealand and the weather can be very changeable, one minute it's warm the other it's cold or could be very humid and raining.

I'm sharing a view today from my kitchen window, it's an amazing view over our pond something I look forward to all year waiting for the flowering Cherry Trees and the Wisteria over our bridge to flower.  It won't be long before all the flowers have gone and there will be a mass of green leaves.  Unfortunately neither of them flower for long enough.

Now it's time for our next challenge and our wonderful sponsor!!!

This fortnight our very gifted and talented sponsor is Tammy Thompson the illustrator and owner of

A Day for Daisies

Bio:

A Day For Daisies began as a small token to a constant need to create. Pairing a love of whimsical illustration, with a tidy graphic design background, Tammy S Thompson, produced her first stamp designs, introducing irresistibly sweet stamps to crafters around the globe. Drawing inspiration from the beautiful world around us, she strives to express the happiness and gratitude she feels in each stamp design she creates.
Presently, A Day For Daisies has grown to over 3,000 Digital Stamps with a quickly expanding line of Best Loved Clear Polymer. A Day For Daisies has been published and awarded over the years for innovative and unique designs created to inspire the crafting community. With a whole team behind her now, she remains passionate about illustration, obsessed with quality, and dedicated to her customers. A Day For Daisies thanks you for your ideas, comments, and creativity!

Our very lucky winner will receive a

$12.00 Gift Certificate

to spend in Tammy's online shop
there are so many wonderful images you'll be spoilt for choice.

Now are you ready for this fortnights sketch?  I do hope you like it.....

Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2: Digistamp Boutique 124

Hello Wednesday Sketch friends!!

It's Joanna, from Colorado, back again as your hostess this week.  I'm spending THIS weekend at the Olympic Training Center (OTC) here in Colorado Springs.  My boys are in a pistol club that is lucky enough to train inside the OTC.  This weekend is one of many competitions that they both shoot.  My oldest is determined to be invited to try out for the Junior Olympic team.

I just wanted to share a few photos to show just how lovely this area of my town truly is ...

We are enjoying some warm weather right now.  I was concerned that our Fall was going to be cut short when we had snow a few weeks ago but those worries for naught.  Who doesn't love 70 degree days in October!

But you are probably ready to hear about our next challenge!

This week we have Sally-Ann Hancock from Digistamp Boutique back to sponsor us this fortnight.  I adore her darling images!  Did you know that Sally-Ann releases new sets the second week of each month?  This month there are 12 (yep, twelve!!) new sets.  She has several sets in her Special Offer tab as well.  I encourage you to check out her latest.

Here's a bit more about Sally-Ann and her shop:

My work means the world to me - it allows my passion to draw and create, to fit with my family life too, often the inspiration for my designs. Hope you enjoy my images as much as I enjoy creating them.

This week we are offering a £10 voucher to Sally-Ann's store as our prize!  Yippee!

Are you ready to see this week's sketch.  Here it is…
