Kelly is having a well-earned break this month.

Kathie has been busy behind the scenes preparing the sketches for 2024 so they are all ready and waiting for you. As the months progress you will notice something different about some of the sketches and we hope you enjoy the changes.

We hope you can find the time at this busy time of year to play with us.

This challenge will last a little longer than usual to give a little more time and will close on the 6th of January at 9.00pm UK time. Our first challenge of 2024 will begin on the 3rd of January so there will be a slight overlap but I wanted to give as many of you as possible a chance to take part in this one.

All that remains is for me to wish all of you who celebrate a very Happy Christmas and all the very best for the coming year.

I'm Doris - known as Kleido - and this month I'm your hostess.

Every month we have 2 amazing sketches for you, designed by Kathie, which you can also rotate and/or flip - but we should still be able to recognize them.

We hope we inspire you a little with our work and look forward to your numerous participation.

Hello and welcome to October at Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2.

Thank you for all your lovely entries in September.

It's Anne here as your host again this month, I can't believe we are in October already, where is the year going? I expect that followers from the southern hemisphere will be looking forward to warmer and longer days, whilst here there is a definite nip in the air in the mornings.

Here is the first sketch for this month.

Thank you for visiting us this month, we do hope that you feel inspired to create with Kathie's sketches this month and if you don't have an octagon shape remember that it is just a a square with the corners cut off.
