Spring is in the air. This is Nancy as your host this week from sunny Arizona. After a long winter in most parts of the US, I think most of us are looking forward to a nice spring and summer this year.
To give you a little taste of spring I thought I would post this picture of tulips.
Our sponsor this week is Mary Ellen
from
Dearie
Dolls
Most of Mary Ellen's images are free to use. They are so deligthful and you could spend hours looking through the images that she has on her blog. She has colored and uncolored images to choose from.
Bio:
Mary Ellen's Dearie Digis are inspired by the wooden dolls she and her husband Kip made together for 25 years. She likes to tell a little story with each illustration. Some of her favorite subjects are snowmen and children.

Thanks for being our Hostess this week Nancy - I have to admit I am a bit envious of your warm weather... we can't seem to get out of the 40's this week, stuck in a bit of a gloomy spell... Hi everyone and congratulations to our winner Lynn and to our top 3 cards great work everyone. Thanks to Mary Ellen for being our sponsor this week there are so many great images to choose from for free they are too cute. Thanks Nancy for the posting this week love seeing those wonderful Tulips how I love Tulips. We've had a really long summer this year from the start of November to May. As I said in my posting my boys were swimming last weekend, well matter of fact they all went for a swim on Thursday this week at our beach house but said that the water was getting a wee bit nippy now. I can feel the change in climate and it's cooling down in the evenings and early mornings oh how I dread the winter months. I should be thankful that we don't get snow where we live. Take care wishing everyone a wonderful week and happy crafting.

Hello everyone, We are having such wonderful weather here in the Pacific Northwest that I forgot it was SSW yesterday. Yesterday was 78 degrees and today 84 degrees! I am not complaining about the instant heat....we take it whenever it comes. Tomorrow will be 72 then the cool temps will come again... I love Mary Ellen's images and am happy that she is the sponsor for this week. She has so many cute free images! I love her poetry too! Hope you will try using some of her images and be sure to leave her a sweet thank you! Nancy, thanks for your SSW post this week! I loved the tulip photo! Spring time bulbs are my favorites...just wish they would last all summer! Congrats to the winner and Top 3 this week! Look like was a sweet surprise for Lynn!

ReplyDeleteDearie Dolls are so sweet.
ReplyDeleteClinton’s book tour showed not a candidate who was Timberland Outlet online “rusty” but one who was unwilling to acknowledge political reality. A rusty candidate might complain about being “dead broke.” But only an arrogant one would insist that she was right to say so. The first hazard of being Timberland Sale so blithe as to say Clinton “doesn’t feel any pressure” is that it would not take long for a Democratic revolt to spring up.
