Welcome everyone to Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2. It’s Kathie here as your hostess this week from New Zealand. I can't believe that it's the beginning of May already and here we are in the Southern Hemisphere half way through Autumn (Fall) already and still very warm for this time of year.
I know that this time of year is very special to a lot of people in different way, the change of colours in the trees, trees and plants loosing their leaves but for us Kiwi's here in NZ it also means it's Feijoa season.
Feijoa tastes like a mixture of several other fruits, usually described as pineapple, guava, and strawberry and banana. They have an unique flavour either you love them or hate them. We make smoothies, muffins, cakes and crumbles or just eaten fresh and their smell is amazing. From a Feijoa lover.
For those of you visiting us for the first time, we welcome you to the Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 sketch challenge! We are so happy to have you join us! And for those loyal followers of our weekly challenge, we welcome you back and thank you for your support!
