This time of year is busy for all of us with Halloween over for another year and Thanks Giving for my American and European colleagues, followers and friends isn't far away and then there is Christmas day in 49 days time are you ready yet???  This year seems to have past by even quicker than last year !!!

Christmas for us is the beginning of our Summer holidays here in
 New Zealand and this tree is the Pohutukawa Tree in flower all over summer, at beaches, homes, parks and on a our shorelines of 
New Zealand.  It's so pretty and when the little fronds drop it looks like red carpet on the footpaths, roadsides and beaches.
